Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy: Due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We insulate, pack and provide tracking information for all orders, however we cannot guarantee your chocolates will not be damaged or melt during transit or if left in unfavorable conditions (heat!).
